1. Acceptance of Terms & Corporate Authority
By accessing or utilizing JurisTech Solutions, you represent and warrant that you possess full corporate and legal authority to bind your organization to this Master Agreement and these binding Terms of Service.
2. Nature of Sovereign Legal AI Services
JurisTech Solutions provides advanced AI-powered contract drafting, risk auditing, redlining, and regulatory analysis tools designed to augment corporate counsel, executives, and attorneys. AI outputs are decision-support instruments and do not replace mandatory legal verification by licensed legal professionals.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
All contracts, amendments, drafts, and redlines generated by the user remain the sole and exclusive property of the user. JurisTech retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform algorithms, user interfaces, and software infrastructure.
4. Billing, Subscriptions & Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the chosen tier ($49 Startup, $139 Growth, $349 Sovereign Enterprise). Users may cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our standard 14-day policy for initial subscriptions subject to fair usage limits.
5. Governing Law & UNCITRAL Arbitration
This Agreement is governed by international commercial standards, and any unresolved dispute shall be settled by commercial arbitration under the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) or competent courts of registration.
